As a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner I work with clients on a one-to-one basis, usually in person but sometimes via Skype, in order to help them with their diet and lifestyle to achieve their personal goals.
My main area of expertise is in weight loss management. I will not only guide you through how to lose excess fat, but let you know how to maintain that weight in the long-term. Sometimes there are very small changes that are needed.
