Overnight Oats

Method
In a small glass container add a teaspoon of cinnamon
Half fill with porridge oats
Add a few mixed fruit pieces or nuts
Add a teaspoon of flax seed
Put the lid on the pot and mix
Add water until the mixture is just covered
Leave in the fridge overnight

Ingredients:
Oats
Small handful of mixed fruit or nuts
Flax seed
Cinnamon
